Full-featured REST API
Read and write recognitions, users, nominations, and redemptions programmatically through clean REST endpoints that return predictable JSON. Provision new hires from your HRIS, push recognition data into your warehouse, or surface shout-outs on your intranet. Whatever you can do in the Recognize interface, you can automate through the API.
Real-time webhooks
Subscribe to events such as new recognitions and reward redemptions and receive them the instant they happen, with no polling required. Trigger a Slack message, update an internal dashboard, or kick off a downstream workflow the moment an employee is recognized. Your systems stay in sync with recognition activity as it unfolds.
Secure and scoped by design
Every integration authenticates through OAuth, so access is explicitly granted, scoped to only what it needs, and revocable at any time. There are no shared passwords or long-lived secrets to manage. IT keeps full visibility and control over which applications can touch your recognition data.
